Cloud acts like a soft box
Cloud helps soften the light and allows for a more gentle and ambient feel to the image. You do not need bright clear days for natural light images!

This is a fine image of a female who cares for her physique and it has been captured very well! If this was taken under natural light (doubt full) then it is truely a fantastic image, well done to you all, or both!
